I am a Dubuque-based photographer, graphic designer, and marketing professional working with nonprofits and small businesses across the greater Dubuque area. I live for outdoor adventures in the dirt, sun, or snow, prefer dogs to people 90% of the time, and have a wickedly sarcastic tongue with very little filter. When not adding my creative touch to the world, you will find me running my passion project non-profit, She Unites, organizing pickleball tournaments, or baking in my sunroom like a cat.

What qualifies me to give you creative direction?
I bring over a decade of experience providing photography, graphic design, and marketing support for nonprofits and small businesses.
I got my first camera when I was 12, a Canon Powershot Elf. That little camera became my lifeline to the creative world, and I’ve been chasing visuals ever since. I went on to study art and design in college, focusing on photography, and earned my bachelor’s with a concentration in capturing stories.
Being a multidisciplinary artist naturally pulled me into the marketing world, where I spent 10 years as an in-house creative for nonprofits and small business organizations in Dubuque and beyond, crafting campaigns, visuals, and strategies that made people take notice. In 2024, I took the leap to become an independent freelancer, bringing design, photography, and storytelling together on my own terms.
But don’t let this big talk about creative capabilities throw you. One of my greatest strengths is that I am an artist firmly rooted in reality. Logic and critical thinking are my love language. As my mother has always said, “Adele is an artist who can match her socks.”
